Presentation Guidelines

 

Oral Presentations

  • All oral presenters are required to attend the conference in person.
  • Remote presentations are not supported.
  • Contributed oral presentations are allocated 8 minutes for the talk, followed by 2 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Presentations should be prepared in PDF or PPT format, uploaded to DropBox according to the instructions that will be provided before the conference and should not exceed 30MB.
  • All presentations will be shared from the session room at the venue, own laptops will not be supported
  • The recommended slide size is 16:9 (widescreen format), as this is the standard for most conference projectors in Poland.
  • All presentations should be prepared with accessibility in mind to support participants with visual or hearing impairments. Use high-contrast colours, large readable fonts, minimal text, add alt-text for images/graphs, provide captions/subtitles for videos, and share materials in screen-reader-friendly formats.


Poster Presentations

  • Posters should be at most in the A0 format (841 mm × 1189 mm, portrait orientation). Poster boards are made from cork and their size is 980 mm x 1220 mm.
  • Posters can remain on display from the first to the last day of the conference.
  • Authors will be assigned specific locations for their posters
  • Authors will be assigned specific sessions to stand by their posters for discussions with attendees.
  • e-posters are not supported

ACM 2026 Best Poster Competition 

We are also pleased to announce the ACM 2026 Best Poster Competition, which is open to all participants regardless of career stage. If you would like to take part, please register using this form by June 30.
 

Poster Printing

  • Local poster printing is available in Poznań, with an option for delivery directly to the conference venue. Please find the details here.
